  After being a member of a very large church for many years, I was immediately impressed and comforted by the friendliness of the members of the Fairfax Baptist Church. The pastor, the choir members, the ushers, the congregation - everyone there made me feel very welcome. The music is beautiful, and the sermons always uplifting. The members are very active in the community, and they provide a number of opportunities to volunteer for a variety of causes. I do not have children in the Sunday school, but am thrilled with the amount of effort the staff puts into making the school both educational and fun. Attending this church has been an overall wonderful experience. I encourage any person to attend and find out for him-/herself.
